I still have some doubts about the Saudis, there’s been some issues internally going on with them and compared to Iran are in an easier group. It seems like the VAR officials don’t know yet that Saudi wants to lose, therefore they are mistakingly giving all calls in favour of Saudi. Once VAR becomes aware of the situation, I’m sure they’ll stop giving calls tbat benefit saudi

I didn’t watch the Korea game, the fans seem genuinely convinced it was a legitimate effort and poor game.

To be honest, it happens. All of the big teams have had at least one game where we see glaring weaknesses. Aussies against Syria, us against Hong Kong, Japan vs Iraq, Korea vs Jordan and now Malaysia. Maybe this is just football. I think tournament now is extremely unpredictable so will be interesting to see how things develop in the knockouts,
