History shows that our best goal scorers against Japan are Ali Daei and Vahid Hashemian so I hope GN would think about this and uses our height superiority because both these players were tall.

I think whether we like it or not we need Moghanlou's height because it will be much easier to score against them through crosses or long balls but if we play on the ground they are much faster and better than us. He can be a last minute super sub for Iran.

-We had 0-0 in AC 88 Qatar in group stage
-We lost 0-1 in 1992 AC group stage, in controversy match with 2 red cards for us and few long term suspension and that was first time Japan won it, and the start of their domination in Asian football!
This was also the only time we failed to qualify from group stage!

-Then losing 0-3 last AC

for example, right now I’ve tried with Canada, USA, UK and France but I can’t see any mention of this match in the live section of AFC from any of those. Can anyone see it on AFC? If so, can you post a link here alongside your country? Thank you!
