This tournament and the upsets have been insane. Unbelievable stuff…..if someone would have said prior to the tournament Jordan would be in the final and knock out SK in the semi’s and that Japan would lose to Iraq in the group stage you’d all tell them to check into a mental institution.
if you take a team inferior to you on paper lightly, you will pay. That’s the memo to all the top dogs in this tournament who are all out now besides Iran. I really really hope they aren’t telling themselves “ALL WE NEED TO DO IS BEAT QATAR AND JORDAN! Believe it or not...Its not that the bigger Teams played that bad....its the smaller Teams getting better and better.
Japan/SK/Aussies....all of them had their "Star" players on the Pitch...but their opponents were more hungry...played with MORE passion.
Out of the Big 4 we the only Team that showed that PASSION.
