South Korea have good strength in depth, Celtic striker coming on not too shabby , also great attacking strength with hwang hee chan and cho gae sung . This is definitely a stronger Korea side than previous years. I guess their weaknesses are at their fullbacks .

Lee Kang In could’ve played a bit better but they are still an awesome side and I expect them to go to the final now baring a defensive calamity - Kim min Jae will for sure be missed next game

They have the best players . South Korea have two players that have dominated the PL in SHM and Hwang Hee Chan they also have Serie A’s best defender last year Kim Min Jae . Having that top quality makes a difference as we saw . Since Ali Karimi have we realistically ever had a midfield talent comparable to the likes of SHM or Park Ji sung?

japan too once again they have a top defender in Tomiyasu and one of the PL best midfielders in Mitoma and a top Ligue 1 talent in minamino plus one of the best La Liga players in Kubo

the quality doesn’t lie . Both nations have inform players playing at the top leagues. But in knock outs anything can happen- a red card or a defensive mistake here or there can make a difference .

the rest of Asia is lacking - Australia haven’t had a world class talent since Cahill retired and arguably have a weak squad with mid table Scottish league players as starters
