    Achomi heritage.

"This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. And it’s one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate people’s demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh

          Wikipedia:

Achomi (Persian: اچُمی), also known as Khodmooni,[2] is a Persian and Southwestern Iranian language spoken by people in southern Fars and western Hormozgan and by significant numbers of Ajam citizens in the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, and other neighbouring countries.

Look at his stats lol. He loves cards, the one thing I was worried about for this match.

He averaged 3.6 cards per game. Not sure how other refs compare, but that seems about average or slightly above average???

I think you're right. I just panicked a little because I'm worried about receiving red, since that is the most likely way we would lose.

Most Bahrainis are originally iranian and a large population of Kuwaits are too, that doesn’t necessarily make them lovers of iran . I’m just happy we don’t have that Omani ref

He can give as many cards to us as he wants this game as long as every player only gets one single yellow card it doesnt matter at all if we go to the final.

One of his assistants is named Mohammad Abbas Sadiq. Could be good. The other assistant has a name native to Saudi.

As long as WE play OUR game and dont lose our own heads the ref can be Jimmy the Iransabotager Carter and it still wont matter, you know why?

We are SUPERIOR to Qatar by miles.

Lets do this, I smell AC gold.

                              because it has before ....

We have had far superior players in our team to the likes of Kuwait, Bahrain etc... in previous games over the last 4 decades but the referees give every 50:50 against us

Yes because Berio handling the ball outside the area against Hong Kong and not even getting a var check was a “50:50”

If the Arab refs wanted us to suffer at every turn they’d have had a a few legit moments in this tournament to do so yet they did not
