lol, i was soo annoyed of the japan game timing cause kickoff is right bout at my deepest sleep times
went playing pickleball for almost 4 hours, busted my knees and back just so i can tire myself into sleeping earlier so i can wake up fresh for kickoff .... didnt work....couldnt go to sleep till closer to my usual time at 3am slept right through most of first half with my alarm going off for an hour in the kitchen finally my pissed off wife had to go shut it off....
chugged two cups of coffee during the 2nd half but still crashed back to sleep shortly after the game... just woke to see most of the Uzbek game PK shoot-out only..!!

Iran has surpassed most people's expectations but this game in particular was fantastic

I live in London and watched the game with my close buddy who is also a popular pfdc member

The game was scheduled for 11.30, so it was an early one!

we started with a pre-game "Baby Guinness" shot and carried on with a few beers throughout the game. It was a stressful game, but he and I started believing we could win after the disallowed Azmoun goal.

Post game we had a BBQ with dandeh kabab, jojeh, jenjeh and koobideh, all homemade by my dad. We continued the day with more drinks at the local pub. What a fucking day!

Today and the Wales game are probably some of the best days I've spent with my buddy here in London, so many good memories were made!
