The small chance that TM does win the AFC cup, it's then going to be "GN needs to take TM to the WC", and if that happens, then its going to be "GN needs to take them out of the group stage", and the 0.01% chance that happens, CQ camp is still not going to accept that CQ has been surpassed since the justification will be that the WC format has changed.

I am neither in the CQ camp or GN camp. As long as the coach is getting results, team is improving and we are winning matches, then so be it.
Galenoie has the job until 2027 ac now.

I'm not really for or against but the format of the World cup is much more forgiving to get out of the group stage.

      12 groups of 4 teams
The top 2 automatically go as well as EIGHT out of 12 third place teams.

Doing something like beating Jamaica and tying Tunisia doesnt seem like an equivalent to beating Morocco and tying Portugal.

We have much more than a 0.01% chance in 2026. Pretty much 75% of what we need to get out of the group stage is beating a team like El Salvador or Burkina Faso

If Iran were to win the R32 game then yes definitely farther than anything ever accomplished before
