Who r the people who say we would have lost to Jordan lmao. Hate his mentality among Iranians. We would have smashed em. We blew it so hard. 27 years unbeaten vs Qatar in competitive game and we blew it in most important one

if he had made the foul call on taremi with yellow card

I did watch most of the final (as painful as it was).

I was struck by the brotherly comradery between the two teams. Jordanian players kissed Afif at least twice during the match. Lots of hugging and hand shaking during the match. The brotherly love and connection between these Arab teams is obvious. They are not even bordering countries.

having said that, are we or Eza not correct in questioning Arab ref selections when we play Arab teams? We should only have East Asian refs when we play Arab teams.

Words cannot describe right now how I feel seeing how we let this DIAMOND of an opportunity to lift the trophy, slip right through our fingers.

We were terrible on the day we should have been Grand. Our star striker was terrible on the day he should have delivered the best game of his life.

And this Jordan team was certainly beatable. It would not have been a hard task for us.

^ all 3 were faked by both players and the ref. It's just an act of penalty not real. Qatar dose not beat teams on the pitch.
