I am sure Mehri will make the next list. Happy V3 dare to put the best U17 players in the list.
u17 u19 u23
Teams only get active 45 days prior to tournaments...if u 17 ,19,23 is active every fifa days it will make huge difference.
general calls 17 year old soccer player a NINI KHORDO...

I did a quick overview of what/how CQ rejuvenated the team after Asia Cup 2015.
Pouraliganji and Azmoun had already made it into the Asian Cup 2015 squads. PAG became a key starter during that tournament and never lost his spot.
Azmoun had been with TM since pre WC 2014, but he wasn't really a member of the squad until early 2015. Rezaeian was a bench player.
After Asia Cup, TM had friendlies versus Sweden and Chile, where CQ did not give the younger players any opportunities (except for PAG), basically making it a farewell tour for himself and the previous gen.
However in the next set of matches, friendlies versus Uzbekistan and qualifiers versus Turkmenistan - CQ gave caps to Taremi, Kanaani, Ezatollahi and Torabi.
Ezatollahi very soon became a starter. Taremi didn't really become a regular until round 2 of qualifiers.
In short, world cup qualifiers is a good time to start new young players, even if not regularly! Up to 4 at a time.
Please also note for those who think the CQ times was all smooth sailing, we tied Turkmenistan 1-1!
I would say now is the time to start a new RB, CB, CM and one winger or forward.

I remember the Turkmenistan game perfectly last time and our team relied on Khosro Heydari crosses all game so we were rather badbakht in that era.
I would argue guys like Hazbavi, Hosseinejad, etc can have 20 minute cameos vs Turkmenistan if we are leading.

What would suck is that they end up being very disappointing and we have to continue to rely on the older gen to get through.
That didn't work well in 2009-10.

The way Russia is running right now, it is probably easier to transfer out from Iran, than Russia itself!
