Best way to solve this, we have 3 billion trillion hendis, and they dont do soccer. Great at other sports. Sooo until they reach world cup, take 200 Indians, just like pizza places have done, and educate them as refs,as a full time job. All refs from now on from India u til they reach wc. Perfect. And all refs have to wear NHL white black stripes clothes or the green one Collina had.

Anybody who has played football knows that when you commit a foul you do it knowingly 90% of times. This is not like you fall into this state of numbness and all of a sudden you slide tackle or go for another players leg.

Committing stupid fouls is in the DNA of our football. Just look at the last 10 or 15 years of Iran football history and you will see so many examples and how much they have cost the team.
