I Think its more about keep creating a better understanding between our main team. There isnt many international games, specially for Iran. So its about creating a Great core. And then mix the core with different players, like Hazbavi last game, and Ghorbani this game.

What is the point of playing 11 New players? The new players need to play with the main players, to see if they work with the players and system. So we need to play Ghorbani next to Ezza and so on.
We need to play Hazbavi next to the main defenders, so he learn his teammates, if we one Day needs him.

I Think we should get used to these kind of Line ups against Lesser teams.

National football is different to club football. In club football you Can play Young players, so that Can get experience playing at the higher level and the tempo of the matches. In International football its all about creating a team, a core, an Unit. Look at all the Best teams in the World. Mbappe, Ronaldo, Kane and so on also play against Liechtenstein and San Marino. Because the more you play together, the better you learn to play with eachother.

And then they change 1-2 players every game, so the players knocking on the starting Line up gets a chance to show themselves, and see if they fit in to the team. Whats the point of playing the second goalkeeper if the defence Infront of him isnt the main defence? How does that make him ready to play with the main team? If its just about saving balls, then he Can do that at his club. No its about creating an understanding between him and the defenders, if we one Day need him at the main stage.

Guys this isnt a Ghalenoi thing. This is a football thing. Just look around other qualifiers

Last game he did it with Hazbavi. Personally i wanted him to either play Hazbavi or Fallah this game also.
this game he tries with Ghorbani in the middle, and Ghaedi instead of Gholizadeh.
I wouldnt mind, if he used 1-3 of the reserves or youngsters. But changing 11 players doesnt help anything. Whats the point of playing a Young attackers if it isnt the main wingers and midfielders feeding him? What does that do for our team?

And yes, i Would also had liked to see another leftback, since Milad played last game, and it Would be Nice to see Jalali

Decent balance of young & well experienced players ..!
hopefully we can get a comfortable lead by HT so that youngsters can be brought on much earlier than the last game for a much needed competitive feature..!
I expect far more resilient Turkmenistan side in this match in front of their crowd, so kinda of a tall order for our starters to put the points in the bag quickly ..!

he is trying to be fair to Shoja & Ramin by giving them a start in this match and by starting Shoja. Thus cannot afford to risk starting Hazbavi or another inexperienced CB next to him ..!

Tbf what are we doing...Ramin and Shoja should have been swept out of TM like Haj Safi 😭. I understand they deserve a lot of respect but they've seriously overstayed their welcome. They won't retire from TM unless we force them too
