    we just arent deep enough

You cant win asian cup unless you have 2 players for every position who can be rotated game in and out without a drop in Quality, This asian cup Moharammi goes out and Rezaein is put playing out of position and he is to blame for goals 2 and 3 for Qatar

in 2019 Dejagah was exhausted and we had nothing else for CM.

other than striker we dont have enough talent to get out of group stage of world cup or win an asian cup.
    WE ARE THE UNDER DOGS

We also need players that have a relatively high IQ. We lost Moharami due to a totally unnecessary tackle all the way up front.

Not to mention stupid and fatal mistakes like the Cheshmi incident in the Syria game or Ramin filling the Offside, against Qatar.

          Ask yourselves why ?

We have already qualified for the next round of World Cup qualifying, you could say we have 2 meaningless games ,against Hong Kong and Uzbekistan, respectively,

so why not ?? Why are we so scared !!!

You say we have no depth , wouldn’t these 2 games be an ideal situation to just go for it with new and young players and see were they really stand in terms of potential and ability , win or lose , we going to the next round..

But 2 games we can give some players experience and confidence….

i know that GN is not someone who will build the national team into a tournament team , he is just trying to get by and get to the WC .

in the WC , with this system and players and mentality, and tactics we losing 3 games ,,,,,

please IFF drop GN and hire an actual coach who can see the weaknesses we have and actually change the team for the better ..

          -lack of fitness
          -lack of speed
          -lack of skill
          -lack of younger players
          -lack of discipline

the same things that have been plaguing us for a while now ….. I hope that we go youth , I rather we go young and lose than go old and win…

          look what happened today

          Iran vs Uzbekistan futsal

Iran had brought back some older players such as sangsifidi and hosseinzadeh , while Uzbekistan had gone almost completely young and they got the best result they have in along time against us 3-3 lose in penalties, this Uzbekistan team will beat Iran in a years time, what and see , cause they have a world class who is planning for the big picture , not for the here and now , but the bigger stages.

That is the problem we have GN who only see the here and now , he can not see past 1 or 2 games , his brain capacity is not strong enough to see the big picture, the actually main even , like for example being grouped with Mexico playing at high altitude at the Aztec, or being grouped with Ivory Coast , playing in LA in that high heat environment, or even worse playing against Brazil , we need a coach who see the big picture….

When GNs Asian Cup squad came out we were all baffled at his selections. He took what like 6 strikers? And like 4 midfielders? Two of whom are Ebrahimi and Cheshmi.

There never was a plan for what happens if Ghoddos/Eza get injured. GN was planning on playing them every single match of the AC.

We ARE deep enough, we just don't take the correct players. We had a perfectly good RB replacement in Hardani but we took Ramin, who plays like a winger, despite everyone screaming about his weaknesses as a fullback. Instead of Cheshmi we could have taken the 10 other players in front of him at PGPL like Khodabandelou or Ghorbani. Sure they may not be that much better but it's better than Cheshmi.

Ultimately It's not about being deep, it's about the coach not having the proper squad selection and tactical mind. When your squad has more strikers than midfielders something is WRONG.

Fallah and Yousefi came to just watch the teams play, they had 0 involvement.

So it's not the players, it absolutely is GN.

GNs strategy for TM is basically: "go out there and every press hard no matter what everyone go" which works against bad and average teams but will never work against good teams.

              As fifa top 20 team
tm is top 15 deepest team in the world.
Cq showed us how deep we are .

Unfortunately current hc is snake bitting
And playing to keep his job instead of interest of the team.

When I see GNs TM play I see 11 individual players on the field with minimal directions. I don't see a cohesive team. We don't have any strategies for set pieces, corners, or anything. Just the fact that we let Ezatollahi take a free kick against Turkemenistan makes my skin crawl 😭
