Javad Nekounam is to blame for Foolads disarray this season. He spent like two years building the team around his own tactics and then suddenly jumped ship at the very last second/abandoned them. On top of that they also lost a lot of the decent players they had and the more recent coaches refuse to play younger players which is what made them successful.

Four games are left. I think Foolad can be saved, but head coach Veisi needs to be replaced and the starters/formation modified. I used to message Foolad on Twitter with tactical ideas, but they have not been using it for a few months now. Do you guys know if there is a way to reach someone inside the Foolad organization?
