first 13 min of the game was amazing. after that whole game was shit. what the freck was going on with the players to concede 2 goals from HK. to minute 70 to end of the game only getting 2 shots on goal is freaking absolute shit. seem only game plan was holding the ball control till the game is over. freaking bs by all the players also mad cause I didn't cover my -2.5 bet LMAO but still shit show

Our team shape is so dysfunctional it makes no sense. The amount of times I saw Ghoddos and Taremi drop deeper than our CBs while our fullbacks were super deep. Our CBs and and our midfield is constantly outnumbered. Even Skocic's 4-4-2 wasn't this dysfunctional. He's basically brute forcing attack every game

Yea I agree, but people want these Young players to start in the Asian cup and at the World Cup. Every coach has Been critized for this, specially GN.
we just arent better. We cant just play 7 youngsters and win a tournament

We are also not going to win a tournament where we have 11 senior players and then nothing else.

Our fanbase is reactionary but we absolutely need to play some youth in games like this.

Familiarizing our future core and exposing their mistakes and things to learn from is crucial.

Would we have gained anything from Kanaani, Mohammadi, Rezaian, Beiranvand, Ezatolahi starting this game? Not really.

I Would say around 2015-2019. Im not saying we were the best team, but he had the best defence. We didnt conceed a goal in the WC18 qualifies until the last match were we where already qualified. South Korea didnt score against us in Two games. One of Them we were Down to 10 men at their home.
At the World cup we conceeded 2 goals in a group with Morocco, Spain and Portugal. Which asian team had a defence even close to that level?

That was mainly due CQ's park the bus tactics, not real strategic defense game play. But i agree, results matter.
