Tbh he needs to get fired now. He's done quite a few questionable things and a tight 1-2 win over Japan isn't enough to rectify them. Can we really trust this guy to take us far in the World Cup if we get concede from Afghanistan, Kenya, Hong Kong, Syria, UAE, Palestine...

I've seen a lot of people mention that you can't help but concede if you play attacking football, so they give him a pass. No you absolutely can have balanced defense and a good attack....it's not one or the other and our physical structure being in disarray is a result of his ball knowledge being negative.


TBH for our current team Yahya Golmohammadi is a better fit. I know he didn't end it well with PP but his balanced style is just what this team needs more than GNs hyper-aggresive play style. I would also prefer him over a foreigner coach because a foreigner would need spend 1.5 years finding his team again when time is already short and schedule won't allow us many friendlies.

Iff budget department wont allow it, 6 months million dollar salary plus expected high quality preparation of a top coach wont be happening. Expect a 6 week+over world cup contract in that scenario 😬.
