I want 90 minutes of my life back, that was such a horrendous watch

lol. I was at work and had it playing on my phone between clients. Saw about 5 minutes total fragmented over the full match. Every time I saw that the 0-0 score, I cursed under my breath.

Khalilzadeh show today and in the previous game why CQ never wanted him in the team to begin with. He makes a lot of mistakes and he does it pretty much throughout the whole game against a better team, He’s gonna cause a lot of issues in our defense.

Tied Syria 1-1, struggled against HK twice, conceded 1 from UAE in 1-2 win as well. I guess this is just our level now 🤣 we regressed back to 2009. I fully expect we have trouble qualifying if we get a hard group. I don't expect us to leave group stages either at WC

There was a time when the team had such a strong structure and foundation that if you replaced Jalal Hosseini with a raw Majid Hosseini you would not even notice it. Young players were introduced to Team Melli and that not even in friendlies but important Asian cup, WCQ and WC matches. Those youngsters were even much less talented than the ones now. Players went to team melli camps and even became better. This team is dysfunctional and no matter the XI it will be bad. Stop blaming the players. They wont progress as long as the staff at helm is bad.
