Why don't we have unofficial friendlies during Euros?

    This would be the perfect opportunity to test some B team players.

    Does the blame fall on team management or the IFF?
    The blame falls on IFF for instances they fail to use a window they have.

    Any window where nations league is happening, Iran should also play SOMEONE.

    Clubs have more and more power these days and dont let players leave the way Ali Daei used to leave for weeks at a time for TM.

    Also they are crowding up scheduled and clubs as a result become risk averse in letting their players(even our medium performing legionnaires) to go on journeys to Tehran to play Burkina Faso unless forced to.

    I agree we need as much gametime as possible. I thoroughly enjoyed Iran's unofficial friendly with Galicia years ago

      i'd take anything - some half beat asian nation like the Philipines heck even Yemen at this stage

        taj in his interview said they are working on some friendlies before the 3rd r wcq which starts in sept...the reporters jump in to his words so much when taj talks cant understand what he said.

        Problem with persian reporters when doing live interviews they don't let the guy they ask question finish and reporter finish their sentences for them.

          General teams are used to playing teams which are geography lesson to majority of people.
