Only reason he was even playing in Iran was he was banned from Qatar for allegedly not taking WC 2022 seriously enough.

seems to be quite a relaxed guy on the face of things . be interesting if Persepolis make a good profit on him could be good business. I recall he played in Kuwait too . he's one player I really would like to see stay in PGPL.
