The refree is really another level
Sepahan play a real offensive football something tm and pp just preach.
Sepahan mistake last couple years not going after signing elite cb and they just spend money on everything else but cb, and they pay for it on the field.

This was typical Sepahan game. How many times this season they have totally dominated games but didn't manage to win. They have problem with the goal scoring which is of course in general a problem in our football right now. They have a very good passing game, by that I mean not only passing around or backwards to the goalkeeper as for example pp, ss and even tm do but they have good both deep and lateral passes but they are incredibly ineffective in scoring on their chances because they create actually goal chances

Another thing that usually kills us is when young academy players come from our club and they are doing well for us and they want to go to Europe as soon as they can and develop. sometimes when that happens and the player fails to grow as a player It might really kill their self esteem. We had some really good players that played for us at youth levels. Moharram, Hajsafi, Ali Karimi, Mehdi Sharifi are some of the notable ones from before. We introduced players like Ghorbani, Hosseinnejad and Aria Yousefi in the last couple years. If Ghorbani and Hosseinnejad stayed around for 1-2 more years and tried to get a better transfer out I think it would have have been better for them. HN has so much potential and he never really gets a chance to play for TM and I know GN wanted us to qualify for the WC first before he tried using younger players. He should have started this process when we were starting our qualifiers and let the team mesh before the next WC and honestly that’s the last thing I’m really looking forward to is to see if we can make some noise at this next World Cup because after that the future kinda looks bleak IMO. I just don’t think we have that much talent at youth level and after the World Cup I might jus give up on our football as a whole as much as it kills me. It really kills the team especially when they grow up in the city that team plays. Most of them have dreams of playing for Ss and Pp because they have more fans and if they get a chance to go If the situation is not right there ATM they usually leave us especially if we are trying to rebuild our team for the future. Players like Ali Karimi and Mehdi Sharifi could have been something special if they sticked with us. I always thought Sharifi was a better finisher than Taremi as a player back then but Taremi was just all over the pitch. Then Sharifi was starting to fuck with too many girls and tried to move to Pp and when he went there they didn’t really give him a chance to play. When you grow up watching this shit and you see some of the mental mistakes we make in big games it always haunts your memory. It just a bad Persian mentality everybody has. We all like to think we are better then someone else.

There is no program to reach out to most talented diaspora, we don't pay our coaches, we don't get our teams proper kits, we don't pay salary of good coaching staff, we don't maintain our pitches. That leaves us so the only ones who ever wanna work in Iran are either domestic frauds (GN) or international scammers like Branko and Wilmots.
One example I always go back to is TMs tactician right now is: Ali Kamangari. This guy is our assistant tactical analyst. What is his qualification? He paid for an online self-assessed 400 Barcelona course that is 3 months long. Yep. HIS ONLY qualification is a participation trophy lol. You see the type of frauds these crooks put in position to manage TM?
There is only so far you can get with heart, you need a federation with a vision, mandate, and clear development plan. What we have is a bunch of thieves, scammers, and career frauds.
