I think some of you are underestimating the difficulty in jumping from the portuguese league to the italian league. And this is a team like Inter, a top club in the world.

I personally am proud and very grateful we have a player like him, who in spite of starting his European club career much later than most players, still managed to get to a club like Inter.

Also, bias aside, Taremi has generally played high IQ football and does not look out of place at all on the team. He only needs to be more aggressive, and hopefully that will come with time.

I feel with bit more games under his belt Taremi can find more than the odd goal here and there. However, so long as Inter doesn’t tactically play to his strength, Taremi will remain the odd show. He loves to play in the corridor beyond the opposition defensive midfielder and in front of their two centre backs.

Should Inter pass the ball to him in that corridor, he will either unleash his partner-striker to run into his 6 yard box assist or have a shot himself.

How many times have we seen him point his fellow players to that space? That’s unfortunately rarely seen as part of Inter’s tactics. It’s majority cross-field passes or wing play?

like i said he's been draggin asss of late, even as a late sub ..!! before he wasnt scoring either but he was hustling immensely off the ball and putting in the proper workrate, hence kept getting steady minutes..!!
