talked to an Italian friend, inter fan since childhood, his view was Taremi is strong and does the dirty work for Lautaro, creates spaces but need to be more nasty in front of goal. more selfish.
he needs to score, not that correa is in the mix up again for playing time he needs to take his chances

First half he botched a good opportunity to get a decent shot on goal and he got ahead of himself and awkwardly fell on his shot which ended up down the middle and in the GK's hands. Also the vertical on his jumps has clearly dipped. He had 1 or two opportunities to get up higher on the many crosses in and put one away. Overweight Sardar would've put those away. It's obvious that his goal scoring confidence has faded and It's safe to say that his best days as a striker are behind him but I still hope that he can turn it around and finish the season on a high note.

Pretty absent performance for him
had one or two moments of linkup play
good pressing to win them the ball back
Inter players sort of passing over him in the attacks though, so he struggled to make any difference in front of goal and was actually a nuisance on two chances (Zielenski and Dimarco)

I thought he had plenty strong of a performance today
& honestly can’t recall them creating anything resembling a good scoring opportunity for him to supposedly fail to materialize on ..!
He kept making himself open for a through-ball or an outlet pass, but they hardly give anything to work with offensively ..!
on other hand, his pressing from the top was immaculate as always, and played extremely hard for the team for the whole time he was there on the pitch..!
Torro was far more ineffective offensively and not even near as active on the defensive duties ..!
I guess his prior reputation and being the captain of the club is buying more minutes on the pitch .!?
And Marcus also failed to do anything impressive on the attacking front as well specially so considering the game had opened up far More after Mehdi’s sub out and promising opportunities presented themselves on the counters that simply weren’t there before..!
