No he flicked the ball that came in from a set piece and hit the Arsenal player's hand in the box

very tight & physical match. He looks at home vs two of the most in form CBs in the world (gabriel and saliba).

Flashed one low cross into great area early on under heavy pressure, some great linkup to play bisseck in earlier who made wrong choice. Good link/holdup overall. In general him and lauta havent had a ton to work with but thats just the nature of matches like these.

however Hakan Is a veteran midfield star of the club & historically a good PK dispatcher..!
Mehdi Has been chosen behind him in the pecking order from the get-go when this season begin..!
If Hakan wasn’t playing, I’m sure Madi would’ve been the likely PK taker …. However even If Hakan was missing & if Latauro wanted to be an asshole, being the captain, he coulda well take away the PK from Mehdi in favor of himself..!

Only watched from minute 20th and on, and it seem to me that Inter were essentially playing for a scoreless Draw & just hopeful of a swift counter or some damage from Set pieces seemed to be their only Attacking intent ..!?
I think Mehdi has done fantastic all considering so far ..!
let’s hope for even a better & more impactful performance in the second half ..!
