Furthermore, tighter Italian League defensive man-to-man style is different from a much more open but physical Portuguese.
It will take sometime for our man to master both, but he won’t do it if A) his team mates don’t find him B) once they do his first thought is a back pass. He should start being bolder and look to the front, the same way he does it so effectively when he plays for Team Meli.

i'd start to worry more when i notice him missing out on legit scoring chances (which tbh, im yet to see him be presented with in games he's played so far..!) but as a supposed Striker he certainly needs to impose himself more physically in the attacking front and show more attacking intent when provided with a rare service a top of the box than the fking constant backpasses....!! i realize that is by enlarge Inzaghi-ball and he is trying to play strictly Team-Ball as coach demanded but he also needs to Risk more and show bit more individualism and Defo play bit more offensive in nature and outa his supposed current comfort zone ..!

i dont suppose he's get much if any minutes in today's game ..? :/

Yeah thats why he starts almost every CL game, because the coach dosent thinks about him, for now he is fixed in CL and not fixed in the leauge, their scheduele is packed and this is their rotation for the time being.

I agree that he must start to bang in some goals , but he has another role than before and the guy is a regular starter in CL for one of the biggest clubs in the world and you are saying that he couldn't even last until january? 😅

And what sane coach would sub him in when they are up 4-0 instead of having him fresh for CL ?

He will probably be loaned out in mid season. He should have just stayed in Porto. Inter was good much too big for his age.

As much as I wanted him to succeed, I appreciate the competitiveness of high level football too much to sit and make excuses for him. Just like all the other pros I’ve watched in my life. I was listening to a clip from an Italian football podcast and there was Iranian journalist or someone making excuses even saying he was injured this season… when was he injured this season?
