    Mehdi Taarofi.
Have to see the replay, don't know if he had time to shoot or the two defenders were to close to him..

Edit : he had time to shoot, not much but he could have done it.

I guess it is intimidating for him to arrive quite isolated in the middle of known players and some tattooed thugs like lautaro, di marco. Porto players were nobodies (except Pepe) in comparison.

We have to say he wasn't lucky with that injury during pre season. He was scoring quite a lot and inter social media was hyping him. When he got injured, they rushed Lautaro and thuram, the latter started to score, sending Taremi in the shadow.

Ppl don’t realize how hard it is to go to one of these teams , there are players that own that dressing room Even the coach is scared of them , they can make or break a coach sometimes…… he has to make them like him based off their terms ….

we all know how in TM or in Persepolis or any IPL team if they want to dick around and lose games or play bad to get ride of the coach they do that !! It not like it hasn’t happened before ??

        He got 7.1 from SofaScore

He got a 6.8 on flashscore, the joint second lowest score for Inter. A cluster of players on 6.8 with only de Vrij on 6.2. Thuram and Martinez got 7.3 and 7.2 respectively.

7.2 for Martinez is high, he hustled and was everywhere but missed ALL of his good chances. Also took a bad shot selfishly at the end of the game when he could've passed it to Mehdi as he was in a better position to score

Coach really love him otherwise with almost 1000 min and not scoring during game he was probably training with B team already under any other coach!
i totally get Inter is different animal and one of top 10 clubs in the world if not top 5 but come on man! You will be 33 soon and this is probably his last club at highest level football what is all that with too many unnecessary passes!
coach clearly says he needs to score and he keep passing!
smart striker should be selfish inside the box!
              which is not his case

You're easily one of the biggest d*** head trolls we've had on PFDC...

Taremi is getting more playing minutes than Daie and Karimi used to get when they were at Bayern - besides those two and Mehdi we haven't had anyone else in a top team. Mahdavikia and Nekounam are two of the most consistent legionnaires we've had in top leagues. Mehdi, including his time at Porto, and now at Inter is up there with them as one of the players whose had the most consistent success playing abroad. So the facts are, again, exactly opposite of the nonsense you're spewing.

One bad season makes him one of weakest legionnaire we had in a top league?

Truly the wisest thing anyone has ever said

yes, if we are comparing to past and present TM players who played in italy, germany, england, or spain.

                        You really are a troll!

You think Bagheri, Teymourian, Kaabi, Ghoddos had a better time of it in England? LOL.

Some people here love to downplay his accomplishments and say Portugal is a bad league like it isn't number 6 or 7 in the world in most rankings , that's how you know their opinion is not serious.

                            No, not a troll.

We didn’t have any successes in England. I am mentioning them by name because some are confusing Portugal as top league…

This isn’t an opinion: 2 IPL players with no more than a dozen TM cap between them almost scored 10 goals in a season there. That’s how you know its not serious league.

AC Milan beat Juventus 2-1 and will play Inter Milan on Monday for the coppa italia final.

interesting point is that the new head coach of AC is Sergio who was Taremi's coach for 5 years. It will be an interesting match up.
