Its the league rules that have forced younger players and forigners to the clubs.

We should see massive improvement in our youth teams in next few years.

Quality of foreigners due to good pay has increased...Africans always found iran as safe heaven for them and now add decent money
League will be full of decent african players in next few years.

It's teams that play in acl complained they need more foreigners spot to compete since acl almost removed restriction for foreigners .teams can field a lot of foreigners iran 6
