Aghasi should be left CB starter instead of Shoja. Also for anyone watching Malavan, the reason they're not conceding much is because of their 23 year old CB named Rezaei, his defending and Ghandipours attack are giving them a lifeline to the top this season. He's been impressing me much more than Hazbavi and Shoja not gonna lie.

The two highest goalscorers in PGPL this season so far are Hosseinzadeh at 7 G/A and Ghandipour at 5 G/A. Both are young players that deserve a TM call up over Noorafkan and Moghanlou who don't do anything and get free callups

• Hosseinejad putting up highlights every other game
• Hosseinzadeh and Ghandipour leading PGPL in stats.
• Aghasi, M. Rezaei, Fallah all putting in great shifts in defense
• To a lesser degree, even Razzaghinia was starting consistently for Gol Gohar because coach loved his profile before leaving for U20 camp

Not a single one of them in the last TM camp, not even invited to train with senior TM players to gain experience

Pluto jan, GN is basically having a stroke yelling at the players.
He and his assistants do alot of work behind the scenes.
It doesn't work out sometimes, but he's not a slacker.

GN does a lot needless screaming but from what I've seen the past two years it's not very hands on. I have never seen him do much tactical changes or live-game management. He's usually yelling at Shoja to stop being so bad 🤣. Also come on his staff doesn't do anything behind the scenes that is praise worthy. How many times we seen him do useless 80 min Moghanlou subs and subbing in 2 dms to protect 1 goal lead.

It's a meme like how Skocic constantly did Gholizadeh and Ansarifard super sub every game

Meanwhile you can see Garrido is straight giving directions. I remember seeing a moment where he called Milad over to give him directions then he started playing much more defensively and carefully during derby.

Tractor are an impressive team it must be said- they play with a lot of discipline and do well as a unit - Skokic has done a great job so far

ALL 3 are workaholic hc and good for a marathon season.all 3 need players 24/7 to get

I take all 3 for pp but not single one for tm.

Problem is general is great club coach but don't have clue about tm.

In tm a strong playing system need it to just insert players in ...hasan o hussein or age don't matter when the system is strong.system makes the player...when system is not there then he will run tm like a club using same old faces since they know eachother....
