Any coach other than Yahya would need time to figure out the team, how Iran works...
As you're aware we have an extremely difficult February. With the way things are we don't have a great chance as we can't get any new players.
If Sir Karim can get good results in the PGPL and ACL games then I think he will have done enough to be considered head coach permanently.
If he fails, that's ok. At that point we should rebuild entirely in the summer.

You don't think it's a coincidence this happens the week Darvish criticizes Taj and the federation?

I'm going to try and do a summary of what's happening week by week in the league in this thread. Most is what I've just read in papers, or learned from the football 360 podcast.
- Persepolis is about to sign a French manager. I don't believe it but that's the rumor.
- Esteghlal cancelled training for 8 days. Fans are upset as Mosimane kept saying they have coniditoning issues, and this would have been the time to fix it.
- Most teams will have winter training in Kish Island. Foolad and Malavan will go to Dubai.
- IRIB Khuzestan finally upgraded broadcasting in Ahvaz. The games in Avhaz don't make you sick anymore. Just compare production of last year's Malavan-Foolad game, compared to the one from last week
- Azadi stadium's west wing is complete. However work needs to continue on the south, north, and east wings, and finally the pitch. I will make a separate post about that as I find it interesting.
- I don't know where Kheybar Khorramabad gets it's money from, but they're doing some nice work with their stadium they're building called "Lor Arena".
- Best young players of this season so far: Reza Ghandipour (Malavan), Bahram Goudarzi (Gol Gohar), Mohammad Khalifeh (Aluminium Arak), Mehdi Zare (Gol Gohar).
- Khuzestan continues to discriminate against women in stadiums. In addition to behind the scenes government baboons, there are tribes there that don't want to allow women into stadiums.
- Sepahan's Limouchi is picking up form. He along with Hashemnejad and Hosseinzadeh are all players who have been great this season, and are in the 24-25 age range, so I don't consider them "young".
- Winter transfer season will be busy.
- Teraktor is mid-season champion.
- Havadar FC has been the worst team by far,

I will add to this and say, Razzaghinia has also been an excellent player for Gol Gohar. Tall, technical CDM. Many people don't realize this but he has been consistently starting for Gol Gohar and playing full 90 outside of U20 camp since end October. He played full 90 against SS and Sepahan recently, doing a great job defending That's massive news for an 18 year old CDM. He also won "young player of the month" which is something strange PGPL has started doing recently lol.

I hate these stupid artificial teams like Havadar so much….truly pointless and always these teams are made up of mid to old age subpar PGPL players that battle relegation for a few years before they finally go down. All to take away mins and opportunities from young guys….at least if these no name/made up teams had something beneficial I wouldn’t hate on them but they literally never do. Hope Havadar continue to struggle and get relegated and replaced with a real team with a real fan base like Sanat NaftTeam Meli Iran
Perspolis FC
Malavan Bandar Anzali
