This thread starts to be waste of bandwidth soon . We are in September and these too tanbals are still playing with their balls. Hate to see how nonambitious most of the Iranian players are.

I don't buy it, but let's wait and see.

So I guess we won't be seeing JB play club football anytime soon

Too many articles on who should sign him, just have someone step up and actually sign him already. I'm sorry but no matter how much private training you do, it is not team training, and as much as I love both of these guys, they should NOT be part of team melli. I know they're still probably the best we got, but lets be honest, this Golden Generation riiiid. We are going to go through a major transition as soon as Taremi is dun, so we may as well start all the heartache now. Bring on the youth. What are we hanging on to with these guys? Another group stage exit at the WC? Semis at AC? Spare me...

I get ARJ is trying to get into a top team, but his talents aren't enough to make it and no one wants him. He needs to accept this and go to a decent top 10 league team to finish his career at this point. Same with Ghoddos

I’m as disappointed as the next fan about these guys’ lack of club signing, but I still support them unless they join the UAE/Qatar league.
Both ARJ & Ghoddos played a pivotal role in our victory against Japan not too long ago. ARJ was one of our few bright spots in our loss against Qatar in the semis.
I just wish at least one of them would do some type of interview clarifying their future for their fans.
But neither should be starting for TM right now.

Jb must start against both Qatar and Uzbekistan.
Goli is not starter material.
Saman should come of the bench.
Norafkan and Saeed will be starter both matches too.

As long as Azmoun/Taremi play we can adjust positions around them. We don't have a good midfielder to put next to Ezatolahi for this game.
Might as well put someone who is faster and covers more ground than Jahanbakhsh(even if Jahanbakhsh defensively isnt that bad).
Qatar's starting Brazilian CB plays for Al Wakrah and Torabi + Terakhtor just beat them pretty easily.
Esteghlal beat Al Gharafa and Persepolis pretty much outplayed Saudi Al Ahli.
We have other options that can play.

Our approach to football as to most things is as half assed as it gets with that mentality
