Any other Iranian would have scored a goal like that and you lot would be buzzing for a week.

Any non-iranians would have scored a goal like that and the internet would be buzzing for a week.

That is called selection bias (6 games). With that logic we should dump Taremi and play Ghaedi as he is the most prolific given his goals to minutes ratio over the few last games.

As the second highest goal scorer in TM history, Azmoun is not lacking in that department.

Kanaani also scored 10 goals in Qatari league, doesn't make it any more impressive man.

You got any examples of buzzing for any other Iranian? All I see following youth players abroad.

I don't think any fans of any kind would celebrate the regression of their most talented players from the highest level to the most koon goshad league in the world.

Our 2 current players who played in the EPL don't even have a team. How much of a fall is that?

Ghoshad league is better than none.

It's the new us. We should embrace it.

Instead of embracing it, start demanding more from these players who earn millions of dollars a year and their whole livelihood is based on the support of Iranian fans.

On a final note this is not the new us, before CQ this was the norm. Players constantly being selfish, TM being full of party bazi, and seeking an easy payday.

The NT should be like a presidency term. You do 4 years and that's it!

lol we would never build any chemistry like that. Its not a new concept, you just find the most talented youth players you have from 18-22 and let them build chemistry for years, and hope that they can peak by 26-30.

CQ did this with TM. Ezatollahi and ARJ were training with him during their U17 days

Guys! Mark my words! He will be back!
Put koon goshad and all these on side, i guess there is no doubt on this and he is entirely responsible for! But Regarding moving to UAE, he had 2 choices:
                    1. Sit entire season out as Kuzen didnt want him
                    2. Or move somewhere to play!

He had offer from Sevilla but no one except arabs were willing to pay kiuzen tramsfer fee

I'm spending tens of thousands of dollars putting my kids in private school. Even then I don't get the right to demand from them any career choice ...so why should I have the right to demand something from Sardar?

Because your kids don't have the privilege to represent your people and country on an international stage. It's a privilege not a right.

You think Iranian football would exist without fan support?? If these players don't like it they can retire from national team.

Anyhow Iran_19 Jan is right, Sardar is undoubtedly going back to Europe (in my opinion Turkey probably) or to Tractor if they pay high enough next season 🤣🤣🤣

No smaller team can afford his salary or willing to pay it for a player who didn’t score more than 5 goals in Germany or Italy. Idk how much of it Rome was paying, but he was one of Leverkusen top salary and contributed zero to winning the league. You’d spend so much for a player who is either unfit because he is fat or because his out of shape leg muscles are failing after 30 minutes? Even 12 year old know not to waste their salary in Fifa games!

Btw I’m pretty sure Sevillia was BS from his agents. Who looks at Azmoun ke baad az 20 daghighe mibore, to replace 20 goal En Nesyri? Again, not even a 12 yr old in Fifa….

Unfortunately, Sardar finishing has totally gone to shit , in TM and at his club , he was never a player that would miss so many chance before he would score , but now he is missing a lot of chances, that the old Sardar would just score ,,,

I was among a very few to criticize him when everyone was sending flower to him!
Reason: i don't think any striker in Iranian football ever had his talent and that include Daei and Taremi
Saying he is done NOW and all that is real non sense to me! He still has the best finish among all of Iranian strikers including Taremi! Yes Taremi is much better all around striker and coaches always go for multi tasks players instead of pure striker these days and yes Sardar stamina is shit but at international football level come back to me when someone else bang at least 10+ goals to the back of the net under the age of 25(not even 20 i am saying) then we talk!
Until that time he is second best scorer behind Daei for now and enjoy while it last because we have to wait another 20 years at least if not more to have such a player in level of talent!
