i watched one of those compilation of all actions in the game (i think the last game? on football 360, which are fantastic work by their crew btw) and honestly i hardly saw anything too promising or suggestive of a massive improvement in his overall game since leaving turkey..!! :/
he maybe still a useful bench option late in games and i suppose he may yet up his pedigree as footballer yet..? but he still just doesnt have that IT factor or anything suggesting exceptionality on certain front as a footballer ...!! personally would move on from him in TM completely to the newer kids on the (eastern/russia) block ..!!

Hosseinnejad and Saharkhizan are much more talented....
That being said, he's been playing well and I wish him the best and still hope he gets a call up.

I doubt we see him in a TM shirt for the foreseeable future.
BTW, he's 5th in the Belgian league Goal+assist table.

Hopefully he'll get a fair chance in TM despite his gut feeling.
Also, I kept getting distracted by the wall frames. They're not aligned.

All due respect to them, feelings don't matter. Do the work and impose yourselves. They have the talent.
Even if Saharkhizan ends the season with 30 goals, Moghanlou is still going to get subbed in at minute 80 in important games. This is because GN inherently distrusts young players, and puts more value on older players with experience.
And this is very dangerous for us IMO. I know that ultimately clubs are responsible for youth development and not TM, BUT we are Iran. We don't have a youth development system and we are under a global embargo so youth have to go to places like Russia before they even think about going to Europe. The only model that has worked for us in the last 20-30 years is having that someone who has a long term vision with our most talented youth and giving them some level of trust (telling a player you believe in them goes a long way psychologically and in terms of pressure).
I don't think this GN would ever have given Majid Hosseini a chance in 2018, and instead we would have seen an older CB from our 2014-2016 squad called up IMO.

I feel like he will forever be the player we follow, hope he will be given a chance in TM and he never will. Lots of potential for sure and seems to have a good attitude and strong focus (which many TM players don't have which cause our recent epic failures by way of mental lapses in concentration). The only players I saw after our legends have that strong concentration were Dejagah and Gucci, and he seems to have that in him as well which is important.--------------------------Beiranvand-------------------
