The only good part of Pars Shiraz stadium is the field.
Their local government is very goshad and corrupt (even for Iran standards). There are lots of small issues they have not fixed.

Tabriz is the best bet. Nice winter game against a team like UAE in Tabriz during March. Freeze them out.
