That's exactly my thoughts as well. I think both ARJ and GN realized that his form considering him beeing clubless long time has been at lowest level hence they came up with this injury story. Unless ARJ start delivering, I dont think he will be called up again.

Winner against Japan and tied up Qatar once but unfortunately the last shot hit post. How much can one player do? Where was pfdc favorite Taremi in those last two games?

I really hope ARJ turns it around soon. He’s not that old, his body doesn’t have a lot of mileage, and he’s got a good motor.

He was an important player for us against Japan & Qatar. I still root for the guy, but think he should earn his spot on the starting lineup in TM, as it’s no longer a given.

I really hope he turns it around too because in his current form he is disastrous. I genuinely think Haj Safi is more effective if put on wing compared to ARJ in his current form.

Btw another fun fact about JB… only player after Daei and Hash I can think of that scored in competitive game against both South Korea and Japan. He is TM legend. Where is the respect PFDC?
