Bravo. Still starting in relevant European league. Others in his position in 3rd world countries. Doesn’t seem finished to me.

    Van Persie coaching a Persian.

Their careers were meant to intersect!

The next natural progression is Van Persie for TM coach!

He’s featured in almost every highlight for his team in the match: https://youtu.be/7EcjnQRhyTA?si=lRTDpPReYtziA05g

    He’s already looking better

    He had a decent match.

Good vision, defensive effort and ball control. Set up his teammates a couple of timea with good chances.

Only sootis were a hoofed a cross and an unnecessary foul outside his own box.

I think he will hit full force in two weeks. I think he can finish the season with like 8 goal and assist combined.
Hopefully doesn't get injured before then.

Does Alireza deserve more leeway than Mbappe?

You do not need 10 or 25 names. If there are 2-3 better right wingers in Iranian football(inside or out) he should not make the TM list. What he did in the past does not matter. That is how merit works.

Full respect to his accomplishments for us but that doesnt necessitate a "pity invite"
I’m not talking about playing until x or y. He’s still starting in Europe. Certainly training and playing at a higher level than the ipl/uae players which make up 95% of current TM.

In fact for me is he is a perfect captain with his experience and professional attitude. His biggest hashieh was what? The balloon? There are two other names (I don’t want to mention, behem daran gir midan) that are in a more dire situation in regards to club/tm form.
