• People doesn't like this TM specially the rejuvenating process doesn't happen
• he said there is a difference between a big player and a normal one (referring to Shoja)

• He criticized the substitution of a speedy player like ghaedi for a slow olaghlou who has no one to center and use his size then

No way we need to bring Ramin back. He is 34 now, will be 36 for the WC. Its good that two other 34 year olds (Hajsafi & Karim) have been dropped, now Shoja who is a year older than these guys also needs to be phased out as soon as possible. We already have plenty of experiended 31, 32 year old players (Beiranvand, Mohammadi, Ghoddos, Jahanbakhsh, Taremi, ...)

If we get the 3 points tomorrow, it more or less means we have qualified. For the March window the younger guys need to get playing time. Saharkhizan, Hosseinnejad, Hosseinzadeh, Allahyar, Ghandipour are a few that come to mind. Once the qualifiers are done in June, we will only have one year left until the WC and we all know what kinda preperation & friendlies are awaiting us. Russia, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Sierra Leone, T&T & god knows.
