Yes Karim is very well respected but imo since he follows the kadkhoda maneshi style , he will give in to certain pishkesvats to have saying because he looks up to them.

Even though I love Karim and it's my dream having him as hc but I prefer Yahya and moaris over him.

Seriously, this team didn't need a new coach, it needs new defenders and midfielders.

1. Kanaani's knees don't work anymore
2. The team relies on too much for creativity from a 36 year old Vahid Amiri
3. Need a younger, taller striker. Honestly bring Azadi/Moghanlou. Alipour can't finish if he had viagra.
4. Need more youth instead of this gerontocracy...33 year old Rigi should not be playing

agree we should not spend too much on a coach….i say max 5-600K. Even that’s pushing it….we need someone who is here to stay and can set up a successful plan for the course of a season and see it through while being aware of all the shortcomings they will inevitably face.
