If you listen to the Navidkia and Aghily football360 interview, they both very clearly stated number one reason are greedy agents and bad advisors around young players.

In the case of our players in Russia, I had many arguments here with people about it being a dead-end. They buy our players for a hefty fee, then are not willing to sell them to anyone else who doesn't pay above market value for them. That and the fact that Russia is sanctioned, make it very difficult for Iranian (even more sanctioned) players to move anywhere but to the Persian gulf countries or Turkey.

Milmo had a decent time. Worked his way up from bench in Russia to to regular playing time in Belgium. Considering his talent level, that's not bad.

In the case of the Charleroi players it was 100% the agent/owners fault.

Moghan, Mohebbi, Ramin was player mentality issue. They folded quickly when faced with challenging circumstances.

If you mean specifically the players in Charleroi then yeah they got scammed by the Iranian owners, especially Gholizadeh who got benched for 6 years and barely got a chance despite decent performances
