Of course we know AFC and IFF and all involved live in the stone age needing this to still be a thing. Below is a nonexhaustive list of sources. Feel free to update your own and I will put it into initial post.

It looks like Arab channels are moving toward streaming services where they charge people so their free channels may not be as reliable anymore.

There is a chance they put it on paid services only but I will post some of what I found for their sources.
For services to sign up to
Fanatiz, Fubo TV, Sling TV, beIN SPORTS CONNECT U.S.A are advertising that they will show it.
Lastly it
It says an Indian streaming service called FanCode would show it as well and it costs 19 Rupees--> equivalent to 22 cents USD.
Not sure if its a reliable source.
