Do you think maybe they'll make the 2nd level usable later on and add the roof?

Have no idea! From the look of it, no! This is all there is!

I'm still hopeful about the roof at some point though.

The second level still seems to be far from getting finished!!! What were all the talks about "they were soon going to install seats on it"??!!

The curved bars on top seem now to be attached to each other though?! They look more ready to get roof on than before.

Lol I knew the stadium wouldn't be ready in time for this season after all the announcements claiming that it was, I guess that's not a surprise to anyone. Absolutely mind blowing
