I hope he leaves Iran atleast after the world cup, I really believe he can become a big player if he would move..

We have to face it that our iranian boys dont want to go to europe because the training is hard and they get not that much money for doing nothing.
After each youth worldcup we thought that now some scouts have seen our talent and some will go to europe. What happend to them? Most of the arent even playing in IPL.sigpic

According to you, my claim is baseless. However, Carlos Queiroz, after dealing with our footballing system for two years and a half has come to the same conclusions. He is clearly acknowledging the double standard that exists within the mindset of some players - they'd rather chase wealth and luxury in Iran rather than advance their careers abroad in Europe.
Players like Ansarifard HAD offers from Europe and Kaiser Amir even confirmed this. However, instead of packing up his bags and going abroad when the opportunity was there, Ansarifard decided to go to Persepolis (where he failed miserably). In addition to playing at Tiraktor, Ansarifard has now lost 2 years which he could have potentially spent in Europe. Now, instead of being a worth partner next to Ghoochannejhad or even a competitor for the CF position, Ansarifard remains a far inferior alternative (despite being better relative to other domestic players).
If Esmailzadeh, Ezatollahi, Azmoun, and Jahanbakhsh can all get into Europe without playing for the senior team, so can Sadeghian, Rahmani, etc.
If I recall, didn't Rahmani say he had an offer from a Bundesliga club and would resolve it after Ramezan finished a few months ago? What happened? Sounds more like bazaar garmi and hiking up his own value domestically.
The fact is that Payam Sadeghian and Bakhtiar Rahmani have gotten zero chance, no call ups, nothing, while obvious lesser talented players such as Omid Nazari and William Atashkadeh, being the same age did get a chance. This is obviously not fair. I will not get into the rumours on the newspapers as we all know that Iranian media equals BS, so there is no way telling if the interests in them from European clubs is real (most probably it's nonsense), maybe CQ believes they are true. But there is no way a Bundesliga team would contract Rahmani, he has to prove himself in the national team first, everybody knows that, the fact is that you nor i know Rahmani and Sadeghian personally, do they care for money... ofcourse money is important to us all, we have to provide for ourselves and family. If a company gives you a better salary and contract than the current one you're working for you'd move, But to claim that Rahmani and Sadeghian have no ambition as you do is ludicrous. Untill these two talented players get at least one chance to prove themselves there is nothing to discuss.

^The bigger problem is that i thin CQ will not be in Iran after the WC14. He is 100% right! He did call W.Atashkadeh and O.Nazari just to show that he does want iranian player in Europe and not in Iran! But what will the next coach do? Imagine Amir Ghalenoei or any other iranian coach will be Headcoach of TM. They will call up more players from Iran than scouting and searching for new players from europe, cause they dont do this things in their clubs and they havent learnd that. I hope u know what i mean, cause my english is not the best.sigpic

Although those were just "links"...
He had legit offers from a few Turkish super lig sides too but turned them down for more money back home.
