عضو دفتر ارتباطات كنفدراسيون فوتبال آسيا گفت: باشگاه استقلال تهران در مهلت تعيين شده از سوي كنفدراسيون فوتبال آسيا اسامي بازيكنان خود را براي حضور در ليگ قهرمانان آسيا اعلام نكرده است.

شاهين رحماني در گفت*وگو با خبرنگار خبرگزاري دانشجويان ايران (ايسنا)، با بيان اين مطلب اظهار كرد: قوانين Afc براي تمام كشورها يكسان است و تصميم كنار گذاشتن استقلال از ليگ قهرمانان آسيا طبق قانون و مقررات كنفدراسيون فوتبال آسيا صورت گرفته است.

وي با بيان اين كه حذف استقلال از ليگ قهرمانان آسيا حتمي است، ادامه داد: سال گذشته نيز دو تيم از مالزي و دو تيم اندونزي به دليل مشابه (رعايت نكردن قانون و مقررات در ارايه كردن ليست بازيكنان) از ليگ قهرمانان آسيا كنار گذاشته شدند.

رحماني با بيان اين كه باشگاه سپاهان در مهلت تعيين شده ليست بازيكنان خود را در اختيار Afc قرار داده است گفت: با حذف استقلال مسابقات گروه دوم با حضور سه تيم برگزار خواهد شد.

وي ادامه داد: شايد اگر آقاي الدبال، عضو عربستاني كميته اجرايي بود، مي*شد از طريق سياسي و رايزني*هاي گسترده بخت استقلال را بيشتر كرد. اين شخص سال*ها در AFC حضور داشت و يكي از اشخاص سياسي عربستان هم هست؛ اما استقلال اين بخت را هم ندارد.

اين مقام مسئول در فدراسيون تأكيد كرد: در شرايط كنوني كشورها به سوابق گذشته خود مراجعه مي*كنند تا ببينند ايران چه لطفي در حق آنها كرده و براي ما چه كرده*اند و چه روابطي با فوتبال ما داشته*اند.

وي متذكر شد: بعيد به نظر مي*رسد استقلال در كميته اجرايي بخشيده شود؛ در حاليكه اگر مدارك ارسالي با حرف*هاي آقاي نجف*نژاد همخواني داشت، احتمال داشت بن*همام بتواند شخصاً به نفع اين تيم رأي بدهد.

Iran’s Sepahan have forfeited the AFC Champions League quarter-final first leg match they won against Qatar’s Al Sadd for fielding an ineligible player, the Asian Football Confederation said on Monday
Sepahan won the match 1-0 at home on Sept. 14 but Al Sadd have been awarded a 3-0 victory. The return is in Doha on Wednesday.

“The committee adjudged that Rahman Ahmadi of Sepahan should have served a suspension in the match after receiving two yellow cards during the group stage of the AFC Champions League 2011 when he played for Piroozi of Iran,” the AFC said in a statement.

The 31-year-old goalkeeper received the first caution against Al Ittihad of Saudi Arabia and another against Al Wahda of UAE in Piroozi’s last match in the tournament before he moved to Sepahan during the summer window.

Accordingly, Ahmadi should have served the suspension in the match against Al Sadd, the statement said, adding Sepahan have the right to appeal within three days of notification of the decision.
