The meassurements for size medium are:
Length: (From highest point of the kit to the lowest point) : 75 cm
Width: (Across the kit from below the right sleeve to below the left sleeve) :53 cm

Knock your neighbours doors as it might be there. Why does USPS leave packages in mailboxes? Even if it's not registered they still knock your door with Canada Post.

Same here. I have even contacted their support through their website but I have gotten no reply yet (I sent them questions regarding the status more than a week ago). I have been trying to cancel the order, but it does not seem to be possible. They do not seem to have any support number to call either...
