You are right.
U22 is different case than U16 & U19 because it is related to Olympic and OC is care taker of U22 team .
OC usually pay the U22 expense during Olympic events and in the past they were part of decision making to elect a coach.
When Kafashian was in OC they insisted they have right to chose coach not IFF and this time it may not be just a coincident that he appointed Kashani with full authority to deal with U22 to separate himself in conflict with OC.

For U22 if they decide on Iranian coach, they have to select one with IPL experience( at least 2 seasons) and strong personality.
U22 players are not kids and some of them they think of themselves equal to TM players a bit arrogant .
They should go for the best one not unemployed .

CQ should be involved more in Olympic team : he should be the head coach and Vingada or whoever his assitant. He will spend more time with young, learning them some european tactics and basics, and scoot the best of them for the main TM.

CQ overseeing TMs at all levels with proficient coaches, iranian or otherwise following his training, methodology and reporting to him is a great idea. But the problem comes when the players go back to the same crap they teach or not teach them for that matter at club level!

Somewhat I agree Arya jaan, however his track record with Zobahan this season has been quite disappointing.

سعید آذری در گفت وگو با خبرنگار ورزشی خبرگزاری تسنیم در خصوص اینکه گفته می شود یحیی گل محمدی گزینه جدی سرمربیگری تیم فوتبال المپیک است، عنوان کرد: نمی خواهیم در این قضیه پیش داوری کنیم و بگویم چنین موضوعی وجود دارد، چراکه من درباره حضور گل محمدی در تیم المپیک فقط در رسانه ها خبرهایی را دیده ام و از سوی فدراسیون فوتبال این موضوع رسماً اعلام نشده است.وی در ادامه افزود: باشگاه ذوب آهن همیشه و در سخت ترین شرایط هم با فدراسیون فوتبال و تیم های ملی همکاری کرده است.

The question is if would accept such an offer. He has already his football club and is ambitioned to keep going on with his carreer within the IFL, I guees, like Mansourian did. Its questionable if the successful Iranian coaches do range higher the coaching management of the olympic team than the football clubs. And not even sure if he woud earn as much as he does right now as the olymic team coach.

سرمربی تیم ملی فوتبال در پاسخ به این سؤال که آیا ماندن و یا رفتن نلو وینگادا به نظر او بستگی دارد و اینکه آیا بهتر است سرمربی تیم المپیک تغییر پیدا کند یا خیر، گفت: من نمیتوانم در این خصوص اظهارنظری کنم اما به این فکر میکنم که چرا تا 15 روز قبل از بازی های آسیایی اینچئون حتی سن بازیکنان را نمی دانستند و اطلاع نداشتند که قرار است چه بازیکنانی با تیم اعزام شود؟ چرا در تک تک اردوها کل بازیکنان حاضر نمی شدند؟

باید از وینگادا حمایت شود!

کی روش ادامه داد: به نظر من باید از وینگادا حمایت کامل انجام دهیم تا بتواند تیم ایران را به المپیک برساند. از وینگادا برای حضور در ایران دعوت شد تا بتواند تیم را به المپیک برساند. حضور در بازی های آسیایی جزو برنامه های او نبود مثل من که حضور در بازیهای غرب آسیا جزو برنامههایم نبود و فقط توانست به ما کمک کند.وی خاطر نشان کرد:

در حال حاضر مهمترین دغدغه ما باید این باشد که با آمادگی کامل تیم ایران به المپیک برود. البته در همین اردوی پرتغال تیم ملی چند بازیکن تیم المپیک در تیم بزرگسالان حضور داشتند که باید در اینگونه موارد بنشینیم توافق کنیم و راهکارهای مناسبی پیدا کنیم که نهایتش صعود به المپیک شود.کیروش همچنین در گفت وگو با دوربین های تلویزیونی درباره قطعی شدن بازی ایران و کره و اردوی تیم ملی در آفریقا اظهار داشت: حتما با کره جنوبی یک بازی تدارکاتی انجام خواهیم داد بعد از آن اردوی آفریقا را در پیش خواهیم داشت که طبق برنامه حتماً به آنجا خواهیم رفت.

TM Committee will meet CQ tomorrow to decide on Vingada.
Options are:
1: Replace him
2: Add additional coach .

CQ already express support for Vingada but no words how involve he will be in selection of U16, U19 Coach.

According to Kafashian, Nabi, Ayatollahi monitoring youth teams and Olympic team is included in his contract.


For now Vingada has a different issue. Once again because of Tax issue he can't enter Iran.
Training camp for QatarTour will start next week same day that Vingada Vocation end. Can he make it to Iran on time or Brilliant
Kafashian will pull another Pouladi and will ask him to go directly to Qatar skipping Iran ( Assuming CQ intervene to keep him) .
