According to AFC if Khakpour stays Iran coach he can't sit on TM's bench, because his coaching license (American A) is equal to AFC's B license, to sit on the bench he needs an "A" AFC license

Well, it looks like TM Omid doesn't have a coach after all! Khakpour says he's not the Omid coach, that he has not signed a contract and that TM Omid has been largely ignored and forgotten.

He says there have been no discussions between him and the federation after the Saudi Arabia game and that the federation just sent him a contract through Kashani which he found very disrespectful and one-sided because IFF had no obligations under the contract.

The contract required Khakpour not to give interviews or criticize any members of the federation or TM. It contained a whole bunch of other conditions and everything was around what the federation wanted, not Khakpour. They didn't even ask him to go and negotiate with them to sign the contract.

He goes on to criticize the federation for not paying any attention to TM Omid. He says this was only the 2nd time in 40 years that TM Omid has advanced to the 2nd round. He says no one has mentioned anything about that and no one from the federation even went to thank the boys for their hard work and being away from their families during Eid.

He says if the IFF wants to get another coach they should just go ahead and do it, rather than being disrespectful to him and other members of Omid's cadre. He says there are 12 Omid players in the list of 50 TM players and he's very happy about that and even if CQ invited 20 Omid players, he would have released them for TM's camp because this is how they build confidence and Omid should be a platform to launch into a TM career.

probably till a month or so before the next olympic qualifiers get underway, before they con another rookie vatani guy into coaching for free..!!

To make matters worse, there are rumors that Tartar is being considered as a replacement for Khakpour (who is still without a contract).

Interestingly (or I should say sadly) enough, Tartar was on V3's list of the least successful coaches of the IPL season!

The dude has had only two full coaching seasons at IPL during the last 6 years, both with Rah Ahan and coincidentally Rah Ahan had their worst showings of the past 6 years in the league in both of those years!!!

So clearly, he's a good candidate for the Olympic team.

تارتار مهمان کی روش!

پس از تمرین، کارلوس کی روش به استقبال این دو مربی ایرانی رفت و به آنها به خاطر حضور تمرین تیم ملی خوش آمد گفت.



کی روش "تیم ملی" را خانه مربیان ایرانی عنوان کرد و به تارتار به خاطر عملکرد صبا در لیگ برتر و همچنین پرورش بازیکنان جوان تبریک گفت.

سرمربی تیم ملی همچنین از تارتار خواست در صورت نیاز به گفتگوی فنی راجع به تمرینات تیم ملی با هماهنگی انجام شده در هتل محل اقامت تیم ملی حاضر شود.
تارتار هم با بیان اینکه به جای هزینه کردن فراوان و حضور در تمرینات تیم هایی نظیر منچستریونایتد و رئال مادرید ترجیح می دهد در تمرین تیم ملی با هدایت کی روش حاضر شود، گفت:


من واقعا خوشحالم که شرایطی فراهم شد که شما در فوتبال ایران بمانید
