You are correct but decision is not upto Esteghlal Doc but Khakpour.
Hopefully he will be with the team, Without Ezatollahi and Norollahi ( if he is out) Cheshmi is only experienced DM for Olympic team. Mahan Rahmani is not as good as them.

What is clear is that Nourollahi didn't participate at the last training camp in Bandar Abbas because of his injury. That might be a reason for him being excluded. We should rather wait for the squad being released.

I don't think Injury is the reason for him not to be in the final list.
He refused to go to Bandar Abbas Training and Khakpour took note of that.
