Afarin Foulad U16 They won Championship tonight beating Tehran Lig U16 Champion Moghavamate Basij .
Moghavemat is one of strongest u16 team in Iran with 9 TM U16 players . Foulad in Semi defeated Zobahan by 2 goals too.

U14: Champion
u16: Champion
U19: Champion
IPL: Champion

Unfortunately just like Senior team only limited numbers of players from u14, u16. u19 has been invited to TM. This unfair policy has to be corrected.

I went to Iran for Tractorsazi Game and were able to drive by Stadium. I doubt will be done this year but they think they will.

I have watched all their acl games they play well together because of organization and chemistry from being with each other a long time. They do not have much individual talent I doubt there will be any foolad players in the final roster besides maybe sosha makani

^Jamaati is the best current Iranian left back if there is one guy that will be taken in the final list it'd be him IMO (In addition to Makani). Jamaati>Beikzadeh/Hajsafi/current Pouladi but has less international experience.

Unfortunately I think CQ will value experience more than form at this WC for the LB position.

foolad is making a revolution in iranian football, building a real training facility with a new modern stadium right beside it. Excellent youth teams and academy. In a couple of years this team can fill up its new stadium on a consistent basis if it grows like this.

I wish all our clubs were this organized and far-sighted.

Results come from the work you put in. Other teams don't seem to understand this, and only form their team by buying the best players from other teams, not paying them and they still don't get results as good as Foolad's.

مدیری نمونه برای فوتبال از جنس فوتبال

اما پشت پرده این همه موفقیت و رشد بی سابقه این باشگاه کیست؟ تنها مدیری که بالغ بر 5 سال است در این باشگاه مرد اول است اما هنوز یکبار هم حاضر نشده است در مقابل دوربین های تلویزیون و رسانه ها قرار بگیرد و مثل بسیاری از مدیران زیاده گو و همچون شیوه و مدل امروزه مدیریت های این کشور، از حسنات مدیریت خود بگوید.

سیف الله دهکردی مدیر عامل با اخلاق و با شخصیت باشگاه فولاد خوزستان که یکی از فوتبالیست ها و مربیان و پیشکسوتان فوتبال خوزستان (بازیکن و کاپیتان تیم گمرگ اهواز در دهه 50) و از مدیران موفق این رشته ورزشی می باشد (و سالها ریاست هیات فوتبال استان خوزستان را بر عهده داشت) بدون کمترین حاشیه و حتی حضور رسانه ای به طور تمام وقت در حال کار زیربنایی و دلسوزانه در این باشگاه است و فولاد را طی چند سال مدیریت آرام و بی سر و صدای خود به یک باشگاه حرفه ای تبدیل کرده است.

ورزشگاه اختصاصی و مدرن فولاد نیز مراحل نهایی احداث خود را پشت سر می گذارد و اولین ورزشگاه دارای سایبان برای جایگاه های تماشاگران می باشد که 40 هزار نفر ظرفیت دارد و روزی که به مرحله بهره برداری برسد (نهایتا تا پایان سال جاری یا اوایل سال 94) همه فوتبالدوستان ایرانی را انگشت به دهان خواهد کرد.

به نظر میرسد، مدیران پرحاشیه باشگاههای ایران خصوصا تیمهای پرطرفدار پایتخت (استقلال و پرسپولیس) باید برای برونرفت از مشکلات حاد خود قبل از هرچیز یک کلاس آموزشی را در باشگاه فولاد و خصوصا در نزد آقای دهکردی بگذرانند و به جای دعواها و جنگ اعصابهای شبانه روزی پیرامون مسائل حاشیهای، دلالی، رسانهای و خصوصا برای دریافت پول از حساب دولت و پرداختهای میلیاردی به بازیکنان اسمی، راه و رسم راه اندازی آکادمی فوتبال را یاد بگیرند.

کاری که فولاد با دهکردی کرد و حالا نتیجهاش را میبیند:

1- قهرمانی لیگ نونهالان ایران
2- قهرمان لیگ نوجوانان ایران
3- قهرمان لیگ جوانان ایران
4-قهرمان لیگ برتر ایران

و عملکرد موفق امور زیربنایی دیگر در این باشگاه و ...

مدیر عامل بی حاشیه ای که این باشگاه را به باشگاهی مدرن، مقتدر و با زیرساختارهای مشابه باشگاه های مطرح جهان تبدیل کرده است و سالها قبل در زمان ریاست هیات فوتبال خوزستان، این هیات را به مدت چند سال متوالی به عنوان هیات نمونه فوتبال استان های کشور مبدل ساخته بود.

Give a couple of weeks and they'll go back to dedicating 95% of their news to PP and SS as if nothing's happened.

Foolad has been a top contender in almost all youth and omid levels in almost all seasons and have been rivaled by none other than Sepahan's youth system only, who also have been going toe to toe for these titles.

Both these clubs ought to be role models for our football.
But unfortunately, mainly due to the moronic media, the WRONG two clubs are always the focus of attention with their wrong philosophy, instead!

IFF is corrupt beyond repairs.

Khuzestan have 3 IPL teams including Champion in every levels , plus few teams in League 1 and 2.
Fan pack their 45000 capacity stadium for important game, but IFF reject Ahwaz to be one of 6 host city for Asian Cup . Kid you not

IFF picked Tehran, Esfahan, Tabriz ,Mashhad, Shiraz & Kerman.
They rejected Ahwaz with a bogus and outrageous excuse lack of good hotels.

Just during past months 3 times ACL international matches were succssfully hosted by Ahwaz , no guest team complained about hotel and Weather.

They simply have no Shame.

If it was me in Charge i would have asked Khuzestani team to withdraw from the League all together.

به فته کفاشیان، فدراسیون فوتبال ایران در نظر دارد شهرهای تهران، اصفهان، مشهد، تبریز، شیراز و کرمان را به نوان گزینه های میزبانی خود در این مسابقات معرفی کند. این بازرسان از امکانات ورزشگاه ا، هتل ا، حمل و نقل و فرودگاه ای این شهرها بازدید و گزارش تهیه خواهند کرد.
طبق درخواست AFC، باید 7 شهر ــ ورزشگاه از سوی کشورهای متقاضی میزبانی معرفی می د که شرایط آب و هوایی و کمبود امکانات هتل سبب کنار رفتن اهواز و یزد از میان گزینه ا شده و فدراسیون فوتبال تصمیم دارد در تهران 2 ورزشگاه آزادی و تختی را برای میزبانی مسابقات معرفی کند تا ورزشگاه تختی تهران جایگزین شهر هفتم شود.

I read that yesterday.
First I was surprised. Then I guessed the weather conditions and pollution may be the reason they didn't choose it.
Ahvaz IS extremely polluted ( no thanks to the regime's f**ked up policies and even more moronic ideas of distributing totally hazardous and toxic levels of petrol in the country).
It is in fact arguably THE MOST POLLUTED CITY IN THE WORLD!!!


But then again, it should not come as a surprise.
This regime never cared for this region. As long as it extracted its oil and paid for all its terrorists and bombing activities, it was enough.
