Have they ever heard of a ''youth program'' for their own?
And they will get bailed out by the gov't ... despite racking up tens of billions in debt. So this ill culture will continue this season too.


Btw, aside from restricting the over 23 yrs, didn't Taj speak about putting more regulations like usage of minimum three under 23 years players in any game?
This is even more important than the above rule.
Because a club can make up all their needs with those 18 seniors and only give scant little minutes to U23's . But with the minimum three U23 rule, they will be FORCED to invest and use them. Therefore, they won't spend so much on useless but expensive aged players.

اعضای هیات مدیره جدید باشگاه پرسپولیس در نخستین نشست
خود علیرضا رحیمی را به عنوان مدیرعامل این باشگاه انتخاب کردند.
رحیمی در حالی به عنوان مدیرعامل جدید سرخپوشان انتخاب شد
که در فهرست اولیه هیات مدیره که از صورت وزارت ورزش و جوانان اعلام شده بود،
نامی از وی دیده نمی شد.

I think that because the troubles of SS and PP have been so well documented that some young players might shy away. Also, I think that because of the success of players like Azmoun and Jahanbakhsh, European clubs might realize that they need to move while our players are young and hungry and develop them themselves rather than think they'll develop in Iran and they can move for them when they are 22-25, because as Ansarifard showed, that was a huge mistake.
