A team of new players will not succes because of individual skills. It takes time for a team to start knowing each other and to be able to use the best of each players skills. The problem in iranian football is, that some clubs changes almost their hole squad every season, so how can the players and coached ever get used to each other and be productive?
Don't make fake expectations based on this argument, just in order to trash the team when they don't win the league or play well in the CHL

no they should win the league, this might be the best ever IPL team to date and imo Edinho is one of the best IPL players now he needs a title to take himself to the next level.

In the summer break they let the captain Asadi go and now the vice captain.. The loyalty in iranian clubs are so damn low

But at least it's a good exchange. Tractor changing their older players with younger talented players from Gostaresh..

"Hamid Alidoosti Emerges as Candidate for Iran U-17 Job
November 26, 2014

TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Former Iranian midfielder Hamid Alidoosti is reportedly one of a list of candidates to take charge at Iran Under-17 football team.

Alidoosti has been out of work since getting dismissed by Paykan in 2011.

Under tutelage of Mostafa Ghanbarpour, the Iranian football team lost to North Korea 4-2 in a penalty shootout in September and failed to book a place in the FIFA U-17 World Cup Chile 2015.

Alidoosti played for the Iranian club Homa FC for most of his career, and also appeared with FSV Salmrohr in Germany.

He was a member of the Iran national football team in the late 1970s and early 1980s."
