these are footballers. not bodybuilders. obviously they can lift more than they're attempting but it's more about sets when trying to get yourself fit for football games instead of being buffed out and running out of endurance/stamina during the games. it's like that all over the world.

btw do you lift squat and bench press more than Iranian wrestlers?
