I doubt it. Any of those chances could have given us a win or tie. In fact, we should have had a PK. It wasn't defense, it wasn't the goal keeping, not even the offense that cost us this game. As CQ said, a guy from Argentina named Messi and an incompetent Serbian ref cost us this match.Remember RESPECT BEGETS RESPECT & Zob Ahan

All the praise we're getting from the world and ourselves, is because of our second half "dare to dream" ...and any other day it would have paid off and we would have scored 1 goal or 2

The problem with the loss today is that a draw against Argentina would've seen Iran potentially only needing a draw against Bosnia to advance.
I have a sinking feeling that Bosnia-Nigeria will draw today, and then Argentina will beat Nigeria. An Iran-Bosnia draw (quite likely IMO) leaves Iran out due to the second tie-breaker (goals scored). If today was a bitter pill to swallow, imagine that!
The game against Bosnia will be different. Argentina don't have a classic centre-forward who can be dominant in the air, so keeping it narrow and allowing them to cross was the right tactic. Dzeko is a completely different player to Higuain. Pjanic also gives them that deep lying playmaker that Iran hasn't faced yet in this tournament. However, Bosnia are nowhere near as good along the backline as Argentina, with the exception of Begovic.
For me, Jahanbakhsh must start the Bosnia game. Incredibly creativity player.

if you would ve told me before this game we would lose 1-0 and play like this i would ve taken it but watching the game this loss feels like zahreh maar..anyways a big khasteh nabashid to our players who were well deserving of at least a point but got rubbed and then were beaten by an alien who should be in a lab getting tested on not playing in world cup. the only difference between us and other teams is self belief. what a bad loss...
