Argentina will have no pressure on them but they sure as hell will go all-out to make a statement, everyone has been criticizing them so far and they will want to batter Nigeria and raise their self-esteem going into the knock-out stages.
Bosnia on the other hand will be out with 0 confidence, 0 motivation and no reason to win other than pride.
It is a much better situation we find ourselves in then playing against a fired-up Bosnia. Argentina will deliver against Nigeria.

Bosnia play with an exceptionally slow tempo. They are lax and completely beatable. Dzeko needs service to score. He isn't like Aguero who can make something from nothing, typically.

The problem for Iran is that Begovic is an exceptionally difficult keeper to beat. The only way is to get him one and one. But long distance shots aren't going to beat him. That's why Jahanbakhsh needs to start. Iran needs his pace.

A 1-0 Iran win and a 1-0 Argentina win and it goes to a coin toss, I believe.

An inconsolable day for TM and fans

What can I say? What a horrible day. TM got the worst possible outcome for their world-class display of defense.The draw was right there and a victory would have been even more deserving but TM and millions of fans were denied both. How cruel. Now to add salt to the wound, Nigeria beat Bosnia thereby leaving TM's destiny in the hands of the Argentinians. Will they go out for a win against Nigeria or will they be satisfied with a draw, as the latter would assure qualification to the next round for both and eliminate both Iran and Bosnia regardless of the outcome.

You are right my bad about the points but they are still criticised and expected to play better than they have done so far. They haven't been convincing.
